It wasn’t properly sealed and the way the eapnrohes were placed in the package showed signs of it having already been opened, one of the ear pieces looked like someone had tried to adjust it and failed miserably there was dust and lint on the ear buds as well. The wall charger works and thats it, everything else that came in the package is useless.
